I could swear I put in Level to attain = 40
and rarity = Rare. Skeletons are blue to 47, solo-able by a Paladin.

This isnt a common item, none of the items dropping from the skeleton pirates are common.

The common is just he default setting if one wasnt submitting. Atleast I think.

One other thing, the pirate skeleton I eventually saw this drop from, was light blue to a lvl 51.
