The Sambata Tribal Advisor (the level 60 necro) dropped this on June 8, 2003. Kind of lame for killing a level 60.

2ac is whole lot better than 2str trust me
Err actually 3str but to a druid the str is more important than ac. Sometimes we want MOB to hit us(DS), otherwise we kite and MOB won't hit us no matter what our ac is. +3str means that much more we can carry.

Well it may have str on it but really would you want to pay more for the strength. By the time you get the bracer it is time you start looking for good ac armour for your caster. Personnal i think you would be mad to use this on any other type of class.
