This cape is suppose to equip on an Iksar Beastlord..but after taking 5 attempts with my untwinked Iksar Beastlord alt (got killed by Vin Moltor and ganged up on by all the beggars LOL) to even GET to the spawn spot, then waiting for the Shady dude to spawn, it won't equip. Wazz up wit dat?? I don't get a "you cannot equip this" type message, it just won't go in the slot or even autoequip. Perhaps it was just too long of a day and I over looked something??

Also, if you are a SK or Necro starting in Qeynos, you can buy this at vendors in the aqueduct guild place.

Yes ,but he always drops cape, not to bad for a low lvl shoulder armor
