Potion of AdventureThis isn't that bad....it reminds me of the old days when I'd be heading for the spires and get owned by Dragoon Zytl. Or when your cruising from the market in the EC tunnel over to nek and you get slammed by a griff. Ahh, memories... Its nice to have to be on your toes after level 30 like you did when your were below it. Isn't there supposed to be another one called an orc hunter...fun fun. I think I'm gonna get a small grp together and go kill these guys just for the XP potion.

Had one on me while making a delivery to a friend in the zone, decided to play with it, see how I could to. Of course this story end in disappointment, but on a 70 druid, I got him down to 19% before he killed me. I would have had him had snare not dropped, because while he was summoning me, he was dotted pretty well. Snare dropped so he summoned in closer range, and I died.
He begins summoning at 40% and continued as he gets lower, not 50%.

They have about 52,000 health, not 15,000. They summon at low health (50% or so) but not right away. Their max hit is a bit closer to 1,000 than 1000, and they hit quite fast.

my level 59 druid popped in today (3/8/08) just to vendor dive, and bang, I'm getting smacked. He was dark blue to my 59 druid, so he can be level 58 also.

These new uber-mobs wander, are very fast and appear seemingly from nowhere around the lake and environs. The Defiler has helped make a complete mess of my attempts to finish the Bones of Darak Lightforge quest. I've got three corpses, one of which WAS level 51, the other two are lvl 50, lol, waiting for my expedient recovery spell to recycle.
I'm surprised no one considered the quest NPC's (or the Druid Ring)in this zone when they put these little playthings in for the level 70+ players. I know that as a level 50 (formerly 51) player, I don't matter and have no right to exist and should have power-leveled through this lowly phase like everyone else, but it would be nice to finish the quest. They're supposedly going to do something about it sometime according to the reply to my petition.

Yeah, thanks for pathing this guy past the Druid ring, I got wacked by him last night immediately after arriving there. /sigh
