The spawn timer for his placeholder is 56 minutes 30 seconds so it takes a while to get this guy to pop. Can confirm the placeholder is the one stationary Sporali, I never saw him spawn from the wanderers that are on a normal spawn timer.

After five days of killing everything in that area of the zone and ruining my faction with the Freetraders The PH for this mob is not a corathus, not a blood spider, and not on the upper level as the loc below suggests. It is not any orc or shilliskin in the zone. The PH is a Freemind gatherer below the loc given(a sporali;) on the lower level. Good Luck.

Took out an Escaped Deep Orc Caster solo today (as a level 67 Druid).
As Fanboy mentions above, he is snareable, rootable and doesnt summon. He hit me a few times for around 500 to 600. He did hit me a few times with nukes for around 800 (but as I had high fire cold and magic resists at the time most of them didnt land).
He also has an additional drop that isn't listed for him. This is the Shiliskin Infantry Shield.

As Fanboy mentions above, he is snareable, rootable and doesnt summon. He hit me a few times for around 500 to 600. He did hit me a few times with nukes for around 800 (but as I had high fire cold and magic resists at the time most of them didnt land).

I found this guy on the west coast in the alcove behind the little coral trees at loc -267, 798, -.2 not sure what his PH is, i just saw him on track and took him out. Doesn't summon, snareable, hit me for like 600 but doesn't quad. He did nuke me once for 1K, but most of his spells hit for <100 with average 300 resists.
