This knockback is HUGE. I was routinely tossed from one side of the cavern to another by these little gems.
At one point, while fleeing down the tunnel in a vain attempt to out-distance aggro, I didn't realize I had one of these puppies on my heels. Next thing I knew, I was flung head-first into the wall, about 1000' feet ahead of me. By the time I'd reoriented myself, I was dead.

One of these skeletons spawns for every player death (linkdeaths included) during the encounter with Vishimtar the Fallen.
Max hit ~1500; mezzable; does not enrage; has zonewide aggro.
