Yellow at level 30 so was level 31 or 32 for me

I've been spending some time in Nedaria's Landing and have found this out about the Magnificent Grizzly:
I have killed him three times, all those times he never dropped anything.
He is on (approximatly) an 8 or 9 minute timer.
He's as strong as you'd expect for that lvl.
His PH is a cavern grizzly and there has been two between Manificent grizzly spawns.
The cave that he is in is buggy and he will "teleport" right to you unless he is rooted (the same happens with the PH's) this happens even if he is snared.
I will post more and a pic later.

i went back after and found that the number of PH's can change greatly... i killed around 20 PH's and not a single magnificent spawn, maybe it was bugged like the rest of the room, but who knows...

He's sometimes higher than the level 30 posted here. I just fought him with my level 29 ranger, and he conned clean red to me. Bigger bear than the rest. Pulled him out of the bear cave and fear kited him around until he dropped. This is an awesome zone for a wood elf ranger or druid of the appropriate level! Dinged two levels here so far, and will be making level 30 (woohoo, I get SoW back!) very shortly.
