Regularly takes 3-4 casts from a 115 druid to land a nuke. They're not immune, but highly resistant. Must have been melee-only mobs back in LDoN days. Plus, of course, they constant heal themselves and other mobs. Fight 4 of these healers at the same time and boy do the healing spells flow!
