Give Wand to A Blacksail Fisherman (not sure exact wording)
(Give Marnek's Wand of the Burning dead to the NPC and your group will be teleported into an instance.... (Suncrest Isle: Destroy Marnek's Wand).)
Kill Marnek the Burning Lich
(Upon zoing in, you will immediately be attacked by Marnek (no adds). Kill him. When he's dead, zone out (use the canoe, on the beach).)
Speak with Stormgaurd agent
(Hail Fisherman again, to finish).
This is a group task.
Reward was 100 Doubloons, XP and faction.

Still need to add the instance event "Destroy Marnek's Wand" he gives at the end of "No Small Thing." These are, in fact, individual events (individual task windows).
With preflags, gives the quest/task "Destroy Marnek's Wand." he is actually the "Stormguard agent."

Got aggro when i engaged a turtle near him.
Hits for 2-3k, looked liked doubles, maybe triples.
Much harder than most blue con mobs in Buried Sea.

this guy is indiff con and does not assist the other blacksail pirates
he is immune to run speed changes. (root/snare)
