I assume to buy from vendors again, youd just have to make a lvl 1 evil toon.

Having the same problem with Faction as previous poster. Used to be able to purchase my spells here but now none of the evil vendors in OT will do business with me. Any idea how to adjust faction here?
This npc will not trade with me. I am a DE SK. It does not list what her faction standing is with. Can anyone tell me what I can do to raise my faction so that I can buy spells from her or any other npc in this zone. None of them like me. Thanks.
