annoying mob when you're doing Lucid shards. Don't let her see you killing guards. Tons of HPs and very resistant. Only wizzy lure spells seemed to land reliably.
She can be tashed, rooted and mem blurred.
Seems to be on a diff faction since she's still dubious to my dwarf paladin who has killed tons of the nighttime guards. But she does attack dark elves on site. Probably because she's a halfling druid guild master, evidently. Natural enemies!

She is a quest mobs for the druid foraging machette. Be nice if y'all didn't kill her for giggles. she has a slow respawn timer.
lvl 82 necro (tank merc) and 64 mage (cleric merc) both with pets - killed her for fun after killing Lcea Katta and the entire fight took around 30 minutes. She drops absolutely nothing and I'm sure her HP's are well over 1 million. After the necro de-buff, I was able to land my poison and disease spells easier but she resisted Fire and Magic spells 1/2 the time.
This was nothing more than a retaliation kill for all the times she killed me 10+ years ago. I just wish I had taken a Screenshot of a Druid Guildmaster doing what they do best..... laying horizontal.

Im cxurrently killing her with a strong group of 65s we estimate she has 1 million hps and hits for about 200-400 dmg is slowable but tough and very resistant, weve been here for along time and shes at 90% so far : )

This mob either has a ridiculous amount of hp or crazy regen. She hits for over 300.
If she agros you the best bet is just to run for zone and hope you make it.

Damn this halfing, aggro'd a guildie as we ran to the spot to kill Lcea. Had to tank her for a good while with a druid healing me while the rest of the raid ran to the camp and camped out to clear aggro. Had a few people helping trying to kill her with me until we realized that it was a quest npc that was given ridiculously high hp so she wouldn't be killed. I got her down to 96%!

the only hit from killing lcea is the hit that all the L61 and some of the L60 mobs are on, so if you kill katta you will be unKoS to all but this halfling and all the L61/62 (yellow to 60) and 1-2 of the L60 mobs inside the biulding behind her
