So after getting 2 other people to kill boss of 4th island with me I come to this guy.. And he death touched me o.0 I jsut see "you ave taken 28,000 damage" (Spell Sheild reduced from 32k) and then on my boxed toon I see him saying 'Evono's corpse0.' was very sad =(
He looks like all the other spirocs. A big ugly dodo looking parrot.
This guy is mezzable with Rapture. This makes it a bit easier to park him to the side so you can farm the Spiroc Lord for Wingblades.

lol ok lets talk shop here! the helpful info would be where does it spawn and what type of dmg does it do what kind of groups did you use when u took it down. Is there a certain way to prepare for battle if this mob or any other helpful info someone could post thanks.

Appearently this is the mob that drops the no drop class only haste belts. Ranger one is Belt of the Pine, and the monk one is like the golden sash of order or something, I don't know the rest but I heard that the haste is like 32%

He CAN drop class belts, but he doesnt have a higher drop rate on them or anything, usually only drops a varity of sprioc feathers, like the walkers and such. As far as I know, he keeps respawning after you kill him until you've killed all the vanquishers. Good way to get feathers though is to just keep kiling him and leave a Vanquisher alive.
The belts can be dropped by anything in the 2nd or above island, getting more comman as you go up. They can also be dropped on the first island but only by the Thunder Spirit Princess, never her chronies.
Hmm what else...the Golden Sash of Tranquility (what your thinking of) is the quest belt, not the dropped one. And they are only 18% haste (same as an fbss, they are not slower, we have tested).

Wrong again buddy, the class specific haste belt drops are only 21% haste wich is the same haste as the fbss. However the quest class specific haste belts are somewhere around 41% haste. The drops required for the haste belts are random drops off PoA mobs. I don't know who gives them out for each class though. I hear the one for warriors is broken?
