I conned him yesterday as DB and I am 51st level Ranger. He totally resists all ensnares and roots. Since he is DB to me, that means he was conning at least level 38 or higher. At level 37 and lower, players cons LB to me.

I have killed him on Wednesday 16-3-2005 So he can be ressurected :)
He is still the same mob hits about 130+ (I think its hard todo have shielding) As well equiped Paladin of the 67th season is this undead fairly easy to defeat.

I killed him with my lvl 57 warrior all by myself no buffs or regens on my toon
Saw a level 60 Monk from a high-end guild had been killed by this guy last night :). I then sent in Legacy of Zek to give the mob a good kicking, and was surprised at how much damage Goner took from such a low-level mob... slowed the mob with Shackle of Spirit, and then he went down easy.
The fabled knight lives up in the top of the tower, where the usual one lives as well.
The fella hits for max 125, doubles, but doesn't quad as far as I can tell. His pet is a total wimp, I killed it on accident in melee before I even realized I was targetting it instead of its master.
As a 52 ranger, I hit him with a firestrike and ran out the window, then hit him with another as he came out the back door. I proceeded to bow kite him in a big circle around the house until dead. Running backwards in a circle with wolfform on, I easily was outrunning him, so no fears about him catching up unless you stop. Both he and his pet bash regularly, which is annoying cause that's when he really starts dishing out damage. He casts occasional spells, the only one that stuck on me was a slow which forced me to melee him for a shortwhile. In doing so, I discovered he does have a low to mid level damage shield.
He dropped the key and both versions of the mantle.
