I encountered this Fabled version of Maid Issis without knowing there was a difference. So needless to say, my 51 Ranger was toast (even though she still conned DB). But, thanks to some help from PoK, we killed her. She dropped the fang and the wreath, among two other things that I forgot what they were. Four items total.
Soloed the Fabled Maid today, and she did indeed show up in her Dark Elf version. She dropped the Nightshade Wreath and the Fabled Nightshade Wreath, but no fang... I thought the DE version always dropped the fang, but I guess not. Got to spend more hours camping for my fang...
Update: I've killed her six times now, and no fang. Always the same two Wreaths, which I promptly destroy...
The regular Maid Issis has never shown up. Will the Fabled always pop in her place? I'm afraid that the Fabled may not have the fang in her loot table.

With my monk I popped up intensity, proc'd my 1.5 and had ello rank 2 and used Inner Flame - she died very fast ... too bad the nightshade wreath bites ;P Innerflame almost lasted the whole fight, though...
My wife and I were there tryin to get our Vampire Teeth quest done when POP, The Fabled Maid Issis! So I buffed myself up. Casted my newly acquired Veteran reward Infusion of Spirit. Max Stats for 15 minutes. Got my Potion belt up and ready to fire of HoT's as needed. Pulled her out into the hallway. Woot I solo'd the fabled Maid. It was a fun fight! She did try to cast Fear on me several times, but with all my resists at 500, nothing stuck on me. I know there were other things she had tried to cast too, just can't remember what they were. Oh, she dropped the fang that I was there for too. A little bonus prize I suppose!
Killed her with the assistance of a lvl 53 Druid, I am a lvl 62 Necro at he moment. Druid dropped a couple of DoT's on her then focused on healing my pet. I too dropped a few DoT's and focused on healing my pet and twitching the druid.
Her run speed can't be changed. She summons She Enrages at around 10% She hit me for about 350. Don't know what my AC was at the time, but I'm a caster so it wasn't too high. She casts Fear, Boiling Blood, Venom of the Snake, possibly more but that's all I noticed.
None of my spells were resisted by her except Dooming Darkness.
She spawns in the old orc camp, approx 400, 300. The Northern most orc camp on the EQ Atlas map.
saw her today in lesser faydark, conned dark blue to a lvl 54. A group of 4 took her down. LVL 54 war, 55 SK, 56 Rng, and a 51 enc... Took her down with no casualties. :)
i say the robe would be around 1kpp if dropable because the "polished tin mail" has 2 more wis but other stats are not as good as these. which is 900pp
she is easy for 65 shammy. Slow hit right away then dropped bos and epic. With bowwow out he tore through her. She does summon. Hits 300+ but mostly 250 range. She didnt land a spell on me so I am sorry i cannot comment on what they were. Whole fight took at most 2 minutes. About 10k hp.
Takes for ever to pop though...sucks but my necro thanked me personally.
Seemed to have more than 9khp, as reported in the item post. To me it seemed like 15khp. Although not sure if it's accurate due to the lifetaps she casts.
Considers Dark Blue to Level 65s, NOT Green, as also reported.
She is an incredible undercon, do not believe the 35 level stat, although, she conned green to my 54 Necro. She pops in the normal position of the Maid Issis, and is very random. I waited for nearly 4 Hr and went thru the requisite 20min spawn for the whold time. She is in a bedroom (#17 I think) with two other spawn points, including a wanderer that will aggro thru the door from the hall if you sit too close. A Gargoyle always spawns in the right corner as you enter, and she is in the left. You need to get in and clear the room, including probably her PH, which is in her spot. Clearing can be tricky if you are alone. The reason I say undercon is, my 65 chnater freind left me alone as I was ruling the day, apparently. The Fabled spawned immediately after the Gargoyle, so the pet was overwhelmed and I could only try and root and scoot the Gargy (room is very small). Anyway, I perished and immediately came back, redid a pet and cleared all halls to the bedroom. Along came a 62 War to help out, and the fight was trememndous. She apparently has a lot of HP, or Ac because it was very difficult to knock her back. She did take an immediate Darkness, but threw off every other DoT I tried on her, while eventually taking a Boil Blood and a Venomed Bolt late in the battle. She tried to escape all the way directly for the room with the Mynstrals, which we did not clear ( we cleared all other rooms around, including kitchen to preclude aggro on the way in). She nearly made it and if so, it would not have been pretty. All green, but even green can get ya if there are too many of em, and the ones in MM are tough. Do not think she is a cake walk, she is not. Without the Warrior, I would not have made it a second time. I was able to get all the way to her room with invis tho, and recover the body, rez, and med up, so invis apparently works throughout the castle. Good Luck, the Reanimate III is awesome. Took my regular cast on a 53 pet form 14.0 to 9.8.
