Stillwillow, the Storm's Eye spawns after you kill Sundersky, the Sire of Storms. The previous comments seem to have the 2 creatures mixed up.
Not sure what you do with Stillwillow, since you can't cast on it or attack. Anyone have any idears?

Let us know if you find out. I've changed the NPC type to NPC, non-quest for now.

His HP drop 20% for each mini-boss you kill first. When my group finally pulled him, he was at 20%, and MR seemed much less than when we first pulled him at 100%.

He's tough to single pull, he is magic resistent, and hes got a metric buttload of HP.
