Found it at p3417, p474 today. Had cleared a few ph's along the east side of the hill that runs north/south there and it was a repop.

I have never seen this mob. I spent hours recently killing in oceangreen hills trying to get various named mobs to spawn for the hunter achievement. This was one of those mobs that i was trying to spawn. Tracked down all the wisp type mobs with my ranger. Clearing the zone of them all. Never saw Spark after clearing the wisps dozens of times from the tracking list. Kept running between oceangreen hills zone in spot from the void and oceangreen village zone line killing ph for various named. Never saw this mob. EDIT: Tried again. Finally got him to spawn. It was close to the cave that leads to the tottering treants.

I've seen Spark up twice recently, on todays occasion I had been clearing Wisps along the hill that runs alongside the lake. There are three or four wisps that path along the top and sides of this hill and as a result of clearing them he popped so I believe that one of these wisps is his Placeholder. This would tally with an earlier sighting a month or so ago where again I spotted him along the top of this hill.
Best way to describe the location is if you stand at the stone entrance to what will become Surefall Glade and look to the right of the pathway leading from it, the ridge is the hill to the right of that path, runs parallel with the lake.
In addition to the three items already listed as his drops, he also drops Fine Wisp Essence and Cracked Lightstone

Ok ran into him today game time around 3-4, I do not have the exact map numbers i can tell you that he was near the Blackburrow Outcasts Location on the map. I just killed a bear and Denmother Brown bear, he came up from behind a rock and attacked me, 82 Shaman with 74 Warrior, Journeman Cleric with T3 Tank merc. She cast her spell and we were fighting each other for a second then i used radiant cure, a brown bear joined the fight and we wiped within 1min in.
If anyone can tell me what to use to cancel her cast woud be much appreciated!

Ran into this sparkly tonight...he summons and the charm is a PAIN.
Was killing him again last night and got him to drop the Archaic Plate Gauntlets. Not his rarest drops, but is fairly rare. Got lucky though 'cause we killed him twice last night and he dropped them both times. Compared to killing him like 3 times a few days ago and he didn't drop them once.
