This continues to plague my mind! At one time her purpose, like all dorfs on Kaladim Citizens faction, was to provide druids with quadding fodder! But now she can't be attacked, is not a vendor, provides no quests and her only response to MY hail is abusive, which is understandable since I trashed my faction with KC's years ago.
One of those "Everquest Mysteries" which will never be solved...
