Killed him today 11/13 he dropped Shzalk's Earring of Doom and Blood-Tempered Dagger.. Max hit was 6169 on me (30k hp 5154ac SK) No Ramp No Enrage that i saw

There is no north room of 4. Whoever gave all locations for these named deliberatly gave misinformation because every room in west castle has 5 + and any room in zone that has less are quest npcs.

I think they probably meant the "North room of the 4 rooms" and not 4 mobs. The 4 rooms far west all have PHers so it would make sense.
