Roams around the pen area (as per mark on map). This is a fast spawn, about three minutes if I recall.
Take this for what it's worth:
I killed the disgruntled penkeeper that roams around the pen area. Later, Rker the Penmaster spawned. I high sunned him and he appeared just in front of the middle cage. After killing him, another disgruntled penkeeper spawned -- I saw it only after it started walking. I high sunned it and it went to the exact same location as Rker. So, to me, that sounds like his PH. It seems kind of awful that you have to get such a nasty Nihil hit to get to Rker.

I found him wandering around by the ukun pens, I would assume one of the roamers is his PH.

He hits for 585, rampages very infrequently, mitigates slow (Forlorn was mostly successful). He has the standard dark claw proc, for him it is 590 points. He does summon, didn't parse it but I'd guess he has in the neighborhood of 50k hp.

could a 65 ranger with over 200 AA's solo this guy?

Anyone know where he spawned, PH, roams or not, etc...?
anyone got any info on hps, dps, effects this mob might have. seen a few mobs in GoD and they are mostly nasty would like more info before i go up against a named solo
