My Dark Elf Wizard is max ally to the Combine Merchants and Higgins still cons dubious. Chugged a leftover Barbarian illusion potion and he changed to amiable; which is also my Blacksail Smugglers faction rank; so I'd guess he doesn't like evil races? /shrug

im kindly to merchants in katta but im dubious to higgins. anyone know reason?
He's probably on Blacksail Smugglers faction, as the quests he gives raise that faction. But I'm not certain.

This guy is on Combine Empire Merchants faction. I completed "Fate of the Combine" and "Portal Activation : Sanctuary" tasks and i went from dubious to indifferent with this PNJ. He's not on Blacksail Smugglers faction caus' i'm warmly with this faction and he always conned dubious for myself.

think this quest is bugged tried it the other day didn't get vials for clensing animals or the potion that turns you into an animal
You must say"vials" and "special potion" to Higgins to obtain them.

5th mission "Cleansing the Island" you get a potion that turns you into a local animal then 50 vials to cure the monsters.
Use the "potion" and leave in range slot to retain ally faction, then give the vials (cure potions) to the mobs to cure them, the good ones will despawn, the bad ones will aggro you.

Provides a series of quests to explore the disease on Monkey Rock islands.
All quests (I got up to 4) are 30 dublon/30 faction points with pirates.
With full 75 CoA gear group took us about 20 mins to complete per task with no alts/boxes. All mobs in instances are light blue to 75 and hit from 120/250 on silk (max defensive AA and gear stats enchanter with 1700AC in first mission to 210/600 in fourth (as high as I went).
