He spawned for us tonite in teh Pxet Elite Brawler room. Easy mob.

spawns in the zun'muram votaal area, in the church-like room outside his chamber. kill ravs and you're almost guarunteed a spawn in a short amount of time. you need a pretty well formed group to hold the camp tho, because respawn is fast.

dropped earring tonight respawned again and dropped chestguard and next cycle dropped bow didnt' pop again after bow dropped

The one time I was here, the same thing happened. 3 spawns, 3 different drops. Then nothing for a while. Of course the group disbanded, gratz to winners (not me) and I don't know why I/we havn't gone back.
Its Rav Hunter, not "Rev", level 68 atm.
We killed him last night with 14, easily 1 groupable if you can kill fast enough to move on without having repops behind you. He dropped a decent bow.Sinew Strand Bow
I've killed this mob 3 times and it conned yellow every time. It's level 66-67.
Dropped the earring two times and dropped a 110hps 90mana vengeance 3 bow the third time.
