Any idea which orc is his ph? I was thinking the royal guard but I've killed inside the castle for hours with no Prince.

Ok found what I needed. The legionnaire that spawns right behind the front door of the keep is Prince's ph. 30 min respawn time. Prince is not mezable rootable or snareable and summons. Dropped the ring the two times I killed him.
