Zone in from west freeport the northern most enterance. once in the zone looking at ARMOR BY IKTHAR turn right she will be the second merchant to the right when looking south. She is up against a wall under an awning

This person isn't on progressive servers yet.. quite a few of the merchants that sell lots of spells that couldn't be purchase originally are not sold. Will have to wait until Luclin.. I think

When coming in from W Freeport, from the northern zone in, go due south, she's not far zone.

Err.....BS....was just there.....Confirmed...she is at -179.09, 364.23, 29.34. Make sure you're at the right ZI.........she's a merchant, under an awning.

I just rechecked and am presently standing upon -171, 364 in EFP, which of course is just south of the northern entrance to WFP. She's not there. :p

I CAN CIRNFIRM.....She is where she is supposed to be. Been there done that with her..Trading that is.
And I can confirm you are not on a progression server, because this NPC is not there (and neither is the Eyan Rehius, who stands next her on regular servers.
Can't find this guy anywhere -- does he exist? He's not on the "Find" serach.

Aye, she is real. She isn't on the "find list", but she exists. Go to East Freeport. You will find this merchant a little south from the most north "West Freeport Entrance".
