- Also believed to spawn from the two other "an elite soldier" mobs in the same area

Very heard to spawn and when u do had to handle three mobs. adds can be rooted but my root didnt hold so wast of time. (sharmans may be good) slow didnt stick on names unless tashed 1st, ADDS are UNmezzable .
This camp one might call easy, However Good Luck getting her to spawn, Then I Wish you even better luck getting your drop. Spent hours here and if your lucky you will see her. to get your chance... I would like to put a update out here, I was here another 8-9 hours and got her to pop 1 time Had a ranger in the group and saw the Cook spawn 3x In less time. This spawn not only seems rare atm chest seems impossible. out of the 3x i saw it I got No armor, I did get the other 3 drops listed.

Agreed, I spent about 5 hours here before i got a spawn, when she did spawn it was from where it was marked on map, also some additional info, the swintor guards hit my sk for about 6k each and had about 1 mil hp each, was relatively quick to kill them and fight was over 5 minutes with no respawns so id say kill/mez them first, the palace commander had about 9200k hp and according to gamparse max hit was 18k on a lvl 100 sk with about 84k hp and 8300 ac (more with demand for power but wasnt on for the entire fight) dropped cloak for me, so if your camping this mob, prepare for a long camp and (for me) a relatively challenging fight
EDIT: apparntly the RNG gods pitied me cause as i was posting this she spawned again, so 2 spawns in a row, guess its a matter of luck and also i was wrong, the adds seem to hit for about 10k was highest i saw, they also despawn if you wipe but respawn upon agro.

Had her spawn from two of the three elite guards in the room, so I assume all three are PHs.
Took her down boxing 3 mages, bard, sham, cle merc. As soon as her and her adds were slowed, there was no problem taking her down (taking the adds down quickly first)- her mechanics are used only on the tank (pet) and even though she has a truckload of hp, she went down easily and dropped me a T2 chest.
Haven't tried other T2 chest droppers yet, but from the looks of things they all have interesting mechanics (aka hard to deal with for multiboxing), so just fielding a guess that this is the easiest named to camp to get the tunic.
