do not take the South Ro/Overthere translocator, he/she will send you to the northernmost island, and the one you want is the southernmost. Take the Butcherblock translocator instead.

I posted a new picture for everyone to see what this guy really looks like. To get to him, I do recommend some one to COH you there, especially if you don't have a GREAT swimming skill. I probally skilled up 6-7 times getting to him. Follow the directions in the post below me to get there... They are current and correct.

I traveled by magus to north ro and on foot to south ro, by translocator to Timorous Deep and by swimming to the Island surrounded by two mountainous walls, accessible only by underground tunnel entrances...( first is at location [minus 11510, minus 3779, minus 101] swim directly across to the mountain wall base and turn to your right, keeping the mountain base to your left, you then proceed to the second underground entrance at location [minus 11319, minus 1337, minus 40]

Got 79 points in swimming doing my epic and swimming to this island....

Omat Vastsea's Location is -11565 -2230 on the left side of the hut.

I completed this portion of the cleric epic quest with my 54 cleric solo.

I zoned to Firiona Vie from the PoK and headed to the docks. I waited about 15 minutes for the boat to arrive and jumped on. The boat took off and zoned to the Timerous Deep.

After zoning I was standing on a sandy beach on an island in the south west corner of the map. This is the island that has the ruins with Xiblin Fizzlebik, and the chessboard.

Since the location of the first underwater tunnel is at -11530, -3728, I started the long swim southeast. I got mauled by a Golra somewhere during the swim but it conned green to me and I nuked it. There is large circular island at the far south of the map and centered. The first underwater tunnel is just off the eastern point of this island. I dove down and the first tunnel took me back up to the interior of the island, where I was in some kind of enclosed sea with a mountain in the center.

The second underwater tunnel is at -11336, -1307, a short swim to the west. I dove down, went through the second tunnel and came up in an underground Oasis. There was a bridge leading up to an elevated hut in front of me. I crossed the bridge and Omat Vastsea was standing on the left side of the hut. I gave the Ornate Seas Shell to Omat and in return he handed me the Coral Statue of Tarew.

I gated back to PoK. Piece of cake.

well I just had the circumstance where I was unable to loot the singed scroll from the overking in chardok due to a runner training the library mobs back into our raid party, and someone else had to grab the scroll. I've heard that you are able to MQ this portion of the quest, but am wondering about faction issues. Has anyone ever had an experience like this who can give advice?
