After the move of the good guys in FV. This vendor can now be found at loc 434.54 -3350.84 opposite the zone in cave of pok. Beware the journey across thought. Try to get invisible and sow as it is a long run, if it drops you can run to the encampment of good guys and the guards will beat on the mobs.

Ok Nertith is at the elven outpost a little bit north, but then straight east from pok. she is at loc 435.24, -3365.57, 180.78 she is in a red Robe and in the middle area of the roundish room. Hope this helps. =)

i got these lvl spells in ot used illusion de and colaboration no probs
She is located -3989, P2616, -77 She is in a bungalo behind the double bungalo with the guard named " Guard Figwynn," Which if facing the biggest building is on the left of it near the Docks. Hope this help and Good Journey's

This location given by dbraendel is incorrect unless your trying to find Captain Nealith.

actually the loc is correct, Nertith is just behind the captain in the casters building, they are close to eachother but this is nertith's loc and not the captain's.
