Mortificator Syythrak  

Found him just by the southern basilisk hill, I was standing just a tad off of it where the roamer paths west out of that area by a tree. Enter this into your map file and you will see.

He pathed west out of the basilisk area, north past the named beetles and around where he stopped and reversed course. He turned into Blackwing area, stopped reversed course passing south by the beetles again, and then east along Hasten's path. At the intersection he turned north into the cyclops area and then back south until he reentered the basilisk area. Just follow the numbers on the path.

I spent the better part of 7 real months in Rathe Mtns and checked tracking hundreds of times but until last night i never seen him. I am 57 Druid and he died easy and was light blue. And he had the staff which i will give to my lvl 34 Froggie Sha. Granted the staff is not that great of a loot but i not mind. At least on Fennin Ro he does spawn sooner or later :)
