Mihkan says, 'It wasn't easy to make, and I'm not telling you how. Maybe if you bring me back the [components] I can work something out, but I'll warn you now that it's dangerous.'

You say, 'What components?'
Mihkan says 'I need the very essence of the Rallosian soldiers. Their bone and blood. I also need a full pouch of the ochre dye they use for their war paint. Finally I need a perfect example of the Emblem of Rallos Zek that they all carry. If you can bring all of that to me and you're still alive, I'll make a disguise for you.'
