Spawns at /loc: -400, 3900, 4. There are two crossroads in the zone, this guy spawns in the west of the two on the west side. He doesn't see invis and is snare/rootable.
Got Both lesser and minor from this guy today. Poped twice in the 6hr instance and got hammer both times.

Confirm Shiny Blade of Chaos, and its a hammer. Dont ask, its Sony. Also confirm Gaunts. Mob is blue con to 70 when 70 got the exp, and is tankable with ranger, decently equipped (not time or GoD), with druid healer, lvl 65. Shammy slowed, bard for DPS. Not a hard mob. Blade is rare, popped once in 6 rares. Only 2 PH out of 8 total pops.

Do we know if he drops the same items if you only get lvl 66 expedition or is it seperate loot table to the 68+?

What theme, and LoC of PH`er?

This fellow pops in the Fire Pits theme. His PH is a kyv heartpiercer. He can be found in a 4-way intersection where north/south are dead ends. Move north into a room with 3 dogs and a kyv heartpiercer. The kyv is the PH. He drops 37ac plate gauntlets with stats and a very nice pal/sk weapon 40dmg/28delay 1 handed with runic proc! The level of his spawn is dependent on the person who got the expedition. A 69 enchanter grabbed one and his spawn was lvl 69.
