Kyrenna  

Did the "Cell key" turn in last night. Had a small group of 4 consisting of 2sk's pally and shm. Easy kill, but tons of hps. Once you turn the ky into Caradon (located in the jail of the earth elementals) She will spawn by his side. Both Caradon and Kyrenna will begin to attack you when she spawns. Both conned white to lvl 55. Kyrenna is a cleric and Caradon is a paladin. kind of pain when one of em gets to low hps and they both start healing. *No faction hits killing either of them*

66 SK and 66 Cleric duo'd her. I did the cell key turn in to spawn her after clearing trash. Caradon and Kyrenna aggroed me and I dragged them up to the courtyard and feigned. Caradon did not walk away, but he stopped hitting me. Kyrenna never stopped hitting me. I stood up and dragged Kyrenna out to my Cleric and Caradon did not come with her even though he was still standing right there.

She does run at the end, aggroing constructs. A minor inconvenience at this level. Caradon was back at his spawn point after we finished off Kyrenna.

So no, you do not have to kill Caradon to kill Kyrenna and loot the items.
