Just killed him... Loot was a Pearlescent Predatory Feline Tooth and nothing more. So no guaranteed stat loot I guess

this mob conned white at 71... so unless he spawns with different levels he is not level 70

Have took this guy down 5 times last week while farming in Drangonscale. He spawned for me on the hill next to dungore 4 times and once next to the farm. Easy solo kill with the mage doees summon but doesnt have many hp's Rampaging Servant eats him in a couple casts. So far one set of pauldrons and 4 chilform chokers ... hope this helps .. take care.
Have had him spawn in about 5 spots in the zone. Seems just about any cat can be a PH for him but spawns alot around the farm...Easy mob to tackle.

add Necklace of living Ice same stats as chilform choker but the type3 slot
He can't be level 75 as he was light blue to my level 77 magician.
