The spawn time for this mob when doing the quest is approximately 6 minutes. You can do it back to back for multiple clerics no problem.

DA FOR TURN IN or have a good tank who pulls agro RIGHT away... killed this with a 70 warrior... no more then 11k hp he had, a 70 chanter and myself a 70 cleric..... mobs not too hard but a ***** right after turn in if you dont know what your doing

After dialog with this mob, a 68 rogue (a Kyv Runner) spawns. He may stay for the 2 hours until respawn of Jam. Rogue will hit for 800, most times in a furry (3 hits at a time).
Need at least 1 70 lvl tank and chain heals. Or maybe a group of 2-3 tank/dps 65+ and at least 2 healers (one to spot heal andother to chain CH)

If it's down it's a 2 hour spawn from the time someone last talked to him.
The NPC you hail is green. The mob that spawns immediately upon saying "what note" is db to 70 and hits very hard. I was at 1% when the pally hit LOH on me or I would have gotten creamed.
