There is a vile creature from the temple of Bertoxxulous roaming the hills to the south, but I unfortunately have been commanded by Lord Bayle to protect the keep in case of an attack. Will you deliver Marr's righteous [vengeance] in my stead?'

Jeneca is at 4965, -965, inside the first wall of the outpost.
Jeneca gives a task called, FOLLOW YOUR NOSE.
1) Kill the vile Putremancer who wanders the grounds to the south.
2) Report back to Jeneca Orlofen in the fortress.
The MOB you need to kill is Miggelthorpe the Putremancer, who seems to spawn pretty regular and wonders about.
