Unable to get the climbing to work so a quick levitation from the Stormscape Warder area on the large island...
How do you get into the damn hut to aggro this ******?

Turn off any levitation effects and you should be able to climb up without too much issue. With lev it is impossible.

It's a PITA... but you have to climb the rope to get to the hut up top, and you have to be positioned perfectly for the climb feature to activate.

We hit the beach right where he was. 75 SK Anguish geared, 70 Cleric, and my 69 Wizard took him with no problems. He dropped the Aug which went to the Cleric...Grats Chix! Curious, wonder what his spawn rate is? Would like to get the Aug for the Wizard.

Self-buffed SK at 14k4 HPs and 4k AC solo'd easily. Nothing flashy, stood there and beat him to death. Ended at 75% mana and 100% hit points.
There is no way can this guy can be soloed, ranged at least. As a 75 ranger, fully anguished geared, w/2018 aa's using glyph of dragon scales, trueshot, hail of arrows, heal pots, and anything else I could hit on my hot keys, I went down quick! He summons extremely fast so I had no chance to do any real damage to him at all whatsoever so this is currently blocking my collect task with the red aviak feathers.
Edit: Tried this using ws/slow then glyph, melee this time, instead of ranged and I only lost 30% health in the end and hardly lost any mana. I even started the fight unhasted since I forgot to use my potions even though I used everything else.
I snared, debuffed, then dotted him. Forgot to use my tribute, as well as my potions but eventually clicked on haste at least. Then hit ws while using kick/jolting kicks and once I got him slowed and ws wore off I hit dragon scales, alpha wolf, then intensity of the resolute, in that order. Then just nuked him the rest of the way down. Dropped the aug which I just gave to someone nearby. I am just glad that I finally have a reason to use glyph of dragon scales now instead of burning it on trash mobs so I can make more room for exp, lol.

Times have changed - I solo'd her today (well... with a Healer merc... ) and she was no problem. Finished with 50%mana and 100% health, with Healer at 75% mana. I slowed her, and pulled her out of her hut easily. She ran at 15% health.

can be soloed 75 Wizard Manablast AA(36k) Tenacity and self shielding, Instant click nukes and one heal potion and only got 504 aa's. he does summon but if move right he desnt summon as quick died first time forgot to hit healpotion.

FYI rare is his augument, common is the chord.
Best place to camp him for me was near the big staircase with pillar of flame. On the beach.
