I was killing zombies near the fork in the river for one of the tasks. It was just me (86 SK) my apprentice level healer merc and my pet. I was just finishing off a zombie and this ******* comes up from behind us and kills my healer. I finished off the zombie and thankfully had visage of death available and was able to kill Huetzin by using my epic effect for healing. My question is, what the hell was this guy even doing there? The only place I have ever seen him is at the lizard camp way over on the east wall, near the innothule zone out.
He dropped an earring and a wrist remnant.

Definitely does not hit for 10k. Smashed my very poorly geared enchanter for a max of 6200. The actual trash brutes and patrollers are harder than this guy, he's a superwimp. Maybe a patch broke his max hit or something. (On Test)

Hits for max of 10k. nothing special during fight that i noticed. his PH is always (at least for me so far) a lizardman "thug".
