Was nervous about pulling him, but said 'what the hell'. Getting him split from his friends was a pain, but if you snare him and give him enough room to come up towards you while his buddies are running full speed at you and FD properly, it's doable. It took me about 3-4 tries to get him split properly. The hardest thing was landing my snares, as I was 68 when I soloed him, and Gharan being a red con. Make sure to park your pet back to where the hill starts to go up near the city, out of the pathing of the orcs by the trees. It takes a little bit of timing and luck to get him cleanly pulled away from the other pathing orcs, but once that's done, just reapply snare and use Grip of Mori and snare to conserve mana, and let your pet do most of the damage. Remember to get good aggro before letting you pet loose on him. I actually had my pet follow me for about 3 rounds of snares/mori before I let him do his thing, and I held aggro the whole time.
If your mana pool is a little on the low side stat wise, it's gonna take a long time to get him down, but remember to keep your distance and med while he paths to you. I kited him from the hillside starting where the named Tree and his buddies are to the lake area left and just ran circles. It took me about 25 mins of kiting and ended up using a full mana restore potion that you get from one of the expansions when he was at about 25% just so I could throw my whole DPS ******* at him to save time, but if you reapply snare about 30 seconds before it expires (to help on resists) and apply Mori right after, and med while kiting, this shouldn't be necessary.
Had no problem snaring this guy, killed him solo by kiteing around for about 15 minutes :) Can be pulled out of the camp by casting anything but snare, run like the wind and snaring him outside camp... hit exodus to clear adds and run back.
