i went in looking for this guy in green and didn't have the names on the first time so i missed him.
i turned on the npc names and sure enough straight in the building there he is!
difference is hes wearing chain mail looking outfit and carrying a bow.
hes clean shaved and almost looks to have his hair slicked back .
( looks alot like the loda kai in shadweavers thicket )
