Found him running around SoW speed buffing everyone in the FV city. (Pre war). On Coirnav.

Frist is now in the good camp at the far east of the zone (some describe it on the map as looking like an island... good a description as any). His /loc is P260, N3285.
4 Yaulp IV's = 1 Sunskin, 2 Heroic Bond's, 1 Word of Vigor
My DE Cleric was KoS in both OT and FV, so I went and did the FV turn-ins with a good-aligned character. Probably just gonna end up buying the Ornate leggings for the spell clicky though.

Went to FV with spells to hand in and it seems the Dark Elves and Golems have frightened him off. This dwarf needs some extra guts.

Turned in 2 Death Pact spells and got 2 Word of Vigor back

1 reckoning - 1 heroic bond.

he requests 4 different scrolls and offers to give you a scroll in return but will not return 1 of each scroll that he can give you when he is give 1 of each of the different scrolls he requests at the same time, guess it is totally random which scrolls he returns.
ie: i gave him 1 each of Yaulp 4, Reckoning, Upheaval, and Death Pact at the same time, then he returned 1 unswerving hammer of faith (which is the one i needed, luckey me) and 3 sunskin scrolls which i could use one of but i also needed word of vigor which he didn't give me, guess i will just have to try again for word of vigor (already had heroic bond).
