Spawned again a minute later, as a roamer again.

Spawned for me at the gazeebo in the northern side of the zone, just before the secret tunnel in the back. Really rare spawn time, I had a character parked there for a span of ~12-16 hours during an increased rare event and only saw 1 of him.
