"I may have seen someone like that, headed towards the fountains."

  • This mob spawns at n5, p115 - On the south side of the western fountain in the main circle area.

"I saw someone like that headed to the merchant's quarters in the south"

  • This mob spawns at n875, n635.

  • This mob spawns at 60, -810 (NE corner "lying on the ground between building and the outer wall").

  • This mob spawns at -560, +600 (SW area).

  • This mob spawns at West: p5, p820.

  • This mob spawns at West p355, p515 - Behind a rock next to the path that connects the NW building area to the Mayor's building area.

This one referred to the sacred crypts

  • This mob spawns at n685, p300 - Between the wall and the crypts (Behind the Exalted Dromond spawnpoint).

  • This mob spawns at n875, n635.

This is an "Upper District" location

  • This mob spawns at p270, n560.

"Someone with that name mentioned going to speak with someone in the Upper District, to the north."

  • This mob spawns at in the Upper District, to the north. This location is marked as The Heights, second tier, between building and wall. Loc 260.49, -561.87, 29.96.

  • This mob spawns at 70,-806, 68 on third tier.

Found him in the NE corner at loc p60, n810, he was lying on the ground between the building and the outer wall. This may be the "North" spawn point.

Addition location n560, p600. SW area.
