This spawns in the west wing from the pit. It has three PHs -- one is in the room down the hall to the north, and the other two are in the room to the south.
It casts "Fink's Diseased Touch" about as soon as it's aggro'd. This is a disease-based DOT with 45 poison counters (figure that one out). It's also a snare, which made for a wonderful surprise for the puller and a means to see its max hit on a non-tank, which was 47,000 and change.
