I'm embarrassed to say that I was heading for an epic 1.5 turnin to Athele and this little guy came out of nowwhere wacking on me. Killed me pretty quick as well! Going back for him shortly! Buffed and ready to go! I think he may need a debuff as he might partially heal at least once. He seems to have a lot of hp too. Green to me at 72.

- 5 / 31/ 07 - 11 am est, Soloed him with my 71 war, have about 2100 AC 10k hp . Most hits were for 100-150, sometimes got upto 300 on a hit, Used a HoT potion, and my discs, went down w/ no problems. Spawns in SE corner near fishing camp. Pulled him out with no problems, and began my beatdown.

Ran in to this little basket today whilst farming silk and cat pelts. Conned db to me at 55. Hit me 4 times all for 500+. All my pet could do was look-on. I'm coming back for him with a posse!!

So here I was making the long trek to Highhold Keep with my twinked out 15 warrior with temp on him. Went through the trouble to avoid griffons/griffawns and all, a werewolf or two, and I think I even ran past an HG on the way to EK. Got there and got a little lost cause the map wasn't showing where Highhold was, came here for reference and had ended up by the barbarian fishing area. Started walking over to the adjacent farm, and was standing there getting my bearings on where to go, when this ******* hits me 3 times for about 1200 dmg total. Next think I know I get hit for another 500+ dmg and I'm still trying to figure out what the hell hit me. Little *******.....decided it wasn't worth trying to navigate all the way back just to go to Highhold. But ONE day, this f***er will die slow...
Spawns at 7pm game time indeed walks to the barb camp asap pretty fast
Found him by Barb camp about 5 am. Had him down to 20% and the bugger despawned on me at 7 am.... Trying again tomorrow

Was helping a 52 ranger with his turn in for epic (68 bsty fully buffed), when this gnome jumped him. I jumped in and got agro from ranger, then DoT'd and slowed him. Got me down to 50% before I used a HoT potion and re-DoTed him. Highest hit on me was 360 and dropped him in about 1 min with warder and I meleeing him and ranger using bow. After reading all the post here am wondering if we got a lower version of him (conned DB to me). Looted blade and continued ranger epic for guildie.

Just Duoed him with Warrior/Druid (Warrior is me and i alrdy have 1.5 didnt know he was for it and he agroed so i killed) Hes a puss just make sure u got some heals

This guy killed me while I was marking my map to do my druid epic bit later this evening... sooo annoying. Couldn't even outrun him with soe.
Any idea if he kills Althele when he's up? Been waiting here for a while :(

None of my druid friends have ever seen this guy nor heard of him. Druid Epic walkthru's do not mention him. Only SONY is sick enuf to put a Warior Epic 2.0 mob pathing past the Druid Epic Giver. How many times do we have to visit Athele? I could not root him nor outrun him. 3 whacks. Dead. Very funny, SONY. Visit during the day is safe? Does he see invis?

hmmmmm....I wonder if this is the "Sony Warrior Guild's" way of getting even with the druids that are farming the Warrior 1.0 epic pieces so that we HAVE to do the walk through for 1.5 :)

I´ve soloed him.
I was buffed with conv and wunshi, plus my own clickable buffs and tributes, 11642hp.
First i invised myself and put on his back, kicked for stun and attacked. I used Savage Onslaugh discipline nice for CB without low health, then i used Mighty Strike discipline when i got to 50% and he hited me so i became berserker at 40% ... more CBs so nice dps btw... used Potion Elixir of Healing X. Then i used my Furious Discipline (ripostes) got him to 10% me also at 10% and killed him with a final slash (another Crippling Blow luckly), i was at 10% hp and looted the blade. Easy fight to me =)

I also solo'd him. Used same stratgey and ended fight with 30% health and tiem still left on my Furious Disc. Total fight was probably 40-50secs long. I had Conviction, 50% haste potion, and clicky buffs, was just under 11k hp and 1900 AC. Had Signal Fire Scepter equipped and was landing crippling blows up to 1140's. Highest hit I took was for 631. Was a fun kill. Only part of skip quest I didn't solo was The Diaku Overseer. (and I lucked out on that fight. I went in rogue shroud to check to see if Overseer was up and ran into a group that just killed him. They were nice enough to let me loot the weapon plans...thanks Evolutia!!)

As already noted, he spawns near the fishing village in the southeast corner of East Karana. I had wandered over that way with my level 70 shaman (Time Geared). Luckily I had dots and root mem'd and Conviction up.
Out of nowhere this nasty little gnome dashed up and began being unfriendly. Dark blue to me at level 70. He's slowable with Turgur's though a tad resistant. He's also rootable, Yay! He does summon and punches fast until slowed.
He had me to 75% before a slow landed and, with his summonings, he had me at 51% before I could back off with him rooted and dotted and get a Serenity on myself. Took slow, root a few times, three dots including Pox of Bertox, Breath of Wunshi and Ancient Scourge of Nife, each cast twice, puppy chomping on him, me smacking him and a Pet Swarm to finally lay him down.
Redblade Family Sword was his only drop.

was doing spell quest for ranger and he jumped us.
we where a group of 50s. it conned DB yes well...... we took him down to about 97%, we barely touched him lol and we where mostly all down to 20%, thank god for wiz in group!!!!!!!!

He wasn't so bad actually. Soloed him as a 70 warrior, almost 300 AAs, some Time and Qvic gear. Slowed him with truncheon of Doom while Furious, then Stonewalled and meleed him to death. Didn't hit too hard and barely took me down to half. I don't know if he spawns at different levels though; I may have gotten the weakest version.
I've been leveling my young 22 V.S. BST here lately. I've gotten into the habit of running to the fishing village to sell what I loot, and kept seeing this guy pathing back and forth along the trail.
He seems to spawn in the South Eastern corner area and then path along the trail that runs toward the hill with the gnolls (parallel to the river).
In 4 RL days of playing (many, many Norathian days) I have never seen him during the daytime, only at night.
I was actually going to go and hail him thinking he might be a quest/Task related NPC. Good thing I /conned him first! Blood Red and Ready to attack.
No clue about how big his agroe radius is, but he was just a little outside my spell range. (22 BST - no extended range focus items)

Does summon.
Slightly shy of basic SoW runspeed.
HP are closer to 10k than 20k.
Now my question is, why would they add a 55 KOS to all NPC in such close proximity to a place 20s will be hunting?

\Just duo'ed this guyu.. 66 war/68 shm... We pulled to gnoll obelisk and shm slowed.. he hit me maybe 5 times... his hp sucked.. Shm pull pet swarm and i whacked on him.. He died fast..

Ya, I was lvl 25ish and having a great time farming silks and getting xp and foraging tea leaves. Good times then, makin some pp and gettin ok xp at the same time. I decide to run over to the water to sell off my stuff and fish for a bit. Well, all of a sudden I'm layin on the ground Loading Please Wait. One hit! Reminds me of when I tried F.O.B. and decided to sell to cabillis merchants. Ahhh those were the days! Oh, that was at nite btw. I decided to keep track up and run way around his spawn point next time. Seemed to work, I can't wait to kill that ****!!

Just a note, as of today (April 2nd, 2005) this guy does summon. Took out a 62 Necro and Druid with little to no problem. I (62 necro) had him dotted with 6 dots and he still did me in. Only had him to 75% and he kept summoning me. Next time I will have FD up first. :)

I met this little guy today, with my 55 ranger. Didn't see where he came from. But he hit me 3 times, 256, 580, 658, I just ran. He never summoned me, but I didnt attack him. Glad he didn't summon, prolly wouldn't have survived another flurry.

The person who said he DOES NOT summon is absolutely incorrect. I'm not sure if it was ever changed, but as of today(2/23/09) he does summon. Green to me at 72.
I was kiting the paladin for my necro 1.5 and he aggroed. Summoned me a couple times and was quite a nuisance. Had to FD and will just kill him first next time.

50 druid, 63 cleric, beastlord and 2 other peeps (Conned LB to 66 :P) didn't get their levels/classes. Apparently they found this guy while goofing around and killed him, asked if anyone needed the war epic piece and I jumped on it.
Next day, killed him again for another war's epic. 67 warrior, 70 beast, 65 ranger, burned him down in about 45 seconds. Warrior didn't even need a heal. Think he said the max it hit him was 300.
