Tonight I looted this off Demonologist

Max hit on me (92SK) was 10,681, most hits were under 3K though.

The Demon Horns will be visible in her hands if she is going to drop it.

if you go into the basement go to the left side and she is in the back on the left side. just kill the trash mob back there. i got her to spawn 3 times back to back to back.

As others have said, she spawns in the basement, also known as the Crypt, south and down the curving stairs from the central main room. There's a couple trash mobs in the hall at the bottom of the stairs, a few more in the next room, and then three placeholders for different named in each side room.

Given Sharra's drops, I'm guessing her PHs are a dark ritualist expert; there's one on each side.

Dropped Lucid Remnant of Devotion and Sharra's Ritualistic Doll which is slightly better then the plain old Ritualistic Doll.
