Be careful with this area. The Crystalline Thaumodont spawns at P1512 x N2730. the spot you list is behind it against the wall. So possible 2 names in close proximity.

When I killed it the mob was a Level 87 Enchanter. It spawned from the static spawn point at /loc p2043 n1964. I pulled it to my camp at /loc p2225 n1707. It's a safe spot to camp. Nothing roams/spawns there.
Max hit on my 85 pally (4482 AC) was 6005, but it rarely hit that high. Most were 4k and under. It only cast Wind of Tashanian and Crystalline Immolatis on me. My lvl85 druid was able to snare it with the Entrap AA. The mob did not enrage.

Max hit on a 85 warrior 4.1 ac max def aa's 3776. most in the mid 1k.
If you camp on the Northern most point of Crystal Lake, you'll spawn this. Got him twice from mobs right at this camp.

Spawned slightly SE of loc +2165/-1661 (aka north lake shore camp).
Cast Tash.
Hitting for roughly 6k on 85 pally.
EDIT: Spawned him a second time and dropped the same 1 armor piece.
