Just killed him, got the ear/ring and a chest clay. He was swimming out in the middle of the lava between the two bridges, not sure if it was wandering or still, but I had been pulling mobs from that area so I'm pretty sure I spawned him from there. He spawned a bundle of adds throughout the fight, I guess about 10 total, wiped the first time at about 6%. Adds camped and then despawned after a few minutes. Pulled him again, he didn't spawn him any adds the second time around, so I'm guessing they are health based and only spawn once.

Does this guy have a specific placeholder or is he just rare as hell? We've been pulling the lavakin on land and in the lake for 2 days with no sign of him.

Killed this guy a couple days ago. I'll share what I can. He spawned from one of the lavakins in the lava by the base of the bridge on the east side. Not sure which one, as I was not pulling. Had 85 Ranger, Shaman, Cleric, SK all mostly T5 group/Bommerang geared with a couple pieces of T6, T5 Tank merc and T5 cleric merc. Long fight as our dps is low. He spawns dark blue adds two at a time. Fairly low HP and damage but enough to be annoying. Not sure if they are health or time based, but we had around 10 to clean up at the end of the fight. Cragma was yellow to us and had a significant amount of HP. Dropped the chest clay and a Loop of Hardened Magma (AC 57 finger/ear listed somewhere on alla). Hope this helps.
