The PH is actually a hissing death beetle. There are seven of these across the map. Two on the west path, two on the east path, and three in the temple (on the first, second, and third floors). All are roamers but stay in a specific area. Your best bet is to do this one while killing at the Elder Kazzi camp on the third floor of the temple. That will give you access to two spawns. 20 minute spawn cycle like everything else in the zone. Camped for about 11 hours at various parts of the zone and had one spawn.

Trioed today with pal/clr and sk bot. No ramp/flurry afaik. Max hit on pal with max shielding was 2498 and hit fast (without slower that is).

It spawned on the west tunnel near zone in. We simply just cleared the 2 shissars pathing close to zone in, waited for pathing and pulled him to zone in singled. Tank was at 17.7/4.2 hp/ac and DI fired twice tho.
