If someone attacks any of the merchants or NPCs, he will attack as well. He will not return back to his tent though.

whats the deal i went to the location on the top of all this guys quests and cant find the ******* anywhere even brought out bard bot to rack hes not here does he spawn at a certain time or something?

No, these coordinates are correct. Bryden is on The Barren Coast, not The Buried Sea.
OK, my freind says i need to do this quest for maleko which you get from brynden snow the totem of war and fire. I have the fire guy and am stuck at the water goblin, aren't we all. Does brynden snow eventually offer me a bone or am i waisting my time in a quest that has nothing to do with the hand aug. I hate this goblin camp so much now i dream blue goblins and my hands are stained with there digital blood. Honestly by now the beach should be bright blue. So ? does he eventually give a bone or am i on the wrong track, anyone .

i did all five of the tasks offered by this guy and got three bones... thumb distal, forefinger distal and little finger middle phalanx, iirc. and is i can see.... you only get to do the mapping suncrest once. however i am redoing the otherfour again, to see if there are any other bones that he offers.
been using the post from tynkgnomegod on the "jonas Dagmire's Skeletal hand" overview .... for aguide on which npc's and tasks to get. as i am unsure if any of the onest hat do not give bones are actually required. but meh.... it aint that hard to do each task individually. though some do take longer than others.
if you want a hint for doing that tidal goblin guy, i would say, kill the two guard on the land, and the three huts closest to the south eastern ends of that isle.
