This was a bit scary for my group lol, playing around with an alt then all the sudden there's a red npc there. Group was like do u want to kill it? Lucky for us, you can't attack him! Not sure how long he's up but at least 30mins, is he triggered?

He spawns in B2 in the second tent from the left in the lower right corner. I got scared when he spawned =P
correction, arly is not level 70. he cons light blue to a lvl 55.
