Apexus Enforcer  

I don't know why, but the map won't line up with the spawn points unless the locations look like this in your maps file. This is opposite of what the ingame /location will show. These spawn points are along the north wall near the lava pool and the "a lava brute" spawn points.

Killed this guy 11/24/2020 @ 10:06 AM EST on Ragefire server.

Spawned on third floor off of an Apexus while I was hunting Animated Lava.

Keep in mind that, while it doesn't say it here, he casts an AE knockback DD that hits for upwards of 15k https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/spell.html?spell=23180. According to an old patch note https://forums.daybreakgames.com/eq/index.php?threads/test-update-09-10-14.213539/ he casts it less and less the longer he's alive but when he starts casting it boy does he spam it. Chain AE knockback hitting my toons for around 9-10k mitigated every 2-3 seconds, can be a bit extreme to deal with sometimes but not too bad.
