The post about keeping him FAR away is no joke. But here is what I did to make sure to get the kill. Group was a 96 mage, 95 shaman and 95 necro. 2 cleric mercs and a wiz merc. I cleared the room from the back killing all nitores and soiled essences. Then I positioned all toons on the rim of the pit across from him, keeping max casting distance. I sent mage pet in first, casted slow on shaman and then in goes necro pet. very shortly in I started up with the nukes and dots. The 96 air pet made this guy trivial. BUT also the thing I noticed on this, when the pet was tanking and was at max distance, I got ZERO adds. When I tried before and had my SK tanking, I was getting mass adds of his summoned dirtballs. If you don't keep max distance, you will be out of mana long before this fight ends.
I took this advice; however, he still spawned adds while fighting him inside his room. I had seven in total with a fight lasting about 3 minutes. It seems he spawns adds regardless of where he is fought.
we pulled him from the room at -2533, -29, -113. Thats the location of just inside the room door. I assume one of the cleansers there is its PH. That is NOT his spawn point. He spawns somewhere just inside that door. I got the /loc after we killed it. Anyway, at least now you got a /loc of where it pops, even if it's not its exact spawn point.
Tank him far away from group. His AOE sucks bad. He sends sphere shaped dirty ball adds 1 or two at a time with like 10k hp or something. They can not be mezzed. They have like zero hp and die in seconds tho, just have someone smash them as they pop. They pop and head for group.... If you DON'T smash them, you'll have 6 or 7 in no time and they will be hitting clerics and killing chanters that tried to mez them. Oh, and depending on where you kill him, you might had other adds walk on you. Be ready to kill those normal trash while you're killing the adds that spawn and while you're killing the named mob. Wandering adds that can't be mezzed, but have to be offtanked or shamshot somewhere with their cool root AA. It's .... fun.
Edit, forgot ... dropped stole and aug and greater cantrip. Maybe stole is its common drop? I dunno.

Spawns on the level below the temple, but above the imbetween. there are a few "a Nitore Cleanser" there - they are the PH from what I have seem. See's invis, and roams the rim around the drop off to the in-between.
My group (consisting of a ME -->lvl92 Monk<human>,lvl95 Pally<human>, lvl91 Shammy <barbarian>, lvl93 Mage<darkelf>,2 cleric merks, and several pets took this mob on. During Battle I notated the following:

So yea this is a nasty mob and it dotted me immediately. After 6 defeats against this mob, we gave up for the night.
